What is your shipping policy?

Fiorella Beauty Studio ships across Canada and internationally.

DOMESTIC (WITHIN CANADA)

We charge a $15.00 CAD flat shipping fee for all orders being delivered within Ontario and Quebec. For orders being shipped outside of those provinces out internationally, please contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote.

INTERNATIONAL

Fiorella ships across Canada and internationally. To request product shipping outside of Canada, please contact us for a quote.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. In the event that your order arrives damaged via the shipping process, please contact us directly and we will happily replace any damaged goods.
